How to use Pure Essential Oils
Essential oils are most effective when inhaled or
absorbed through the skin. They are less effective when taken orally. Essential
oils easily penetrate the dermis, promoting rejuvenation of skin cells.
Inhalation
Methods
Use as an inhalant...a few drops (6-10) on a cloth.
Use 6
drops in boiling water. Inhale for 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle a few drops into potpourri Use in incense and candles.
Place a few drops on pillow at night. Smell directly from the bottle.
To Use
on Body
Add a few drops to bath water or on your towel for shower.
Add a few drops in lotion or oil.
Add a few drops to shampoo.
Always dilute essential oils when applying to the skin.
